By your side in continuing education matters
The School for Continuing Education is responsible for continuing education at ETH Zurich. It is tasked with helping professorships to develop and implement continuing education programmes and courses, and is also the central point of contact for persons interested in continuing education.
Contact the School for Continuing Education if you
- are in work and want to pursue continuing education;
- are currently attending a continuing education programme or course at ETH Zurich;
- would like to develop and offer continuing education;
- have questions on continuing education at ETH Zurich.
Another important task of the School for Continuing Education is to foster cooperation between universities, the economy and society.
Organisation
The School for Continuing Education reports to the Rector of ETH Zurich, Professor Günther Dissertori. The Vice Rector for Continuing Education, Professor Stefano Brusoni, holds academic responsibility.

- Publication: We publish your continuing education on the SCE website.
- Guidance and help: We advise and assist you in setting up, conducting and evaluation your courses, and make checklists available.

Guidance on short courses
- Exchange of information and experiences: We promoter the exchange of information and experiences among programme directors, persons employed in academic continuing education at ETH Zurich and other interested persons, and organise the Continuing Education Forum and the Continuing Education Network events every year.
- Marketing: We advertise ETH Zurich continuing education online and offline.
