Planning an MAS, DAS or CAS programme

Whether you are planning a new programme or restructuring an existing one, we recommend that you contact the School for Continuing early in the process.

Before ETH Zurich approves any programme it is put to the acid test. For this reason you may expect the development process – from conception to programme start – to last around two years. Note also that new programmes must be announced at least nine months before they begin. If your programme is to begin in the Autumn Semester, the Executive Board must be able to decide on it in November or December of the previous year at the latest. If it is to begin in the Spring Semester approval must be issued in May or June of the previous year.

In developing your MAS, DAS or CAS programme you may count on the support of the School for Continuing Education. We help you to realise your programme idea and to assess the market. We also assist with applications to the Executive Board, regulations and business plans.
