The CAS ETH in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Technology Ventures (CAS ETH ELTV) is a part-time programme which develops expertise in bringing technological innovation to market and builds the leadership skills to manage this.
The CAS ETH ELTV consist of four essential building blocks which aim to strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capability of participants with a predominantly scientific background:
- Core Knowledge: Combining research-based insights with skill-based workshops to impart the necessary knowledge to create and manage technology businesses.
- Leadership Development: Preparing participants to spearhead a team of people toward success.
- Business Coaching: Defining a clear roadmap for future development and reviewing progress in one-on-one sessions.
- Building Community: Learning from peers within a vibrant cohort that last beyond the duration of the programme. Highlight: a three-day off-site study trip.
Participants receive access to an online platform to prepare for key knowledge components at their own pace. In-person classes are used to reflect on these materials with peers and faculty, and to apply to new knowledge in interactive exercises. Upon graduation, participants will be able to leverage their knowledge for a number of professional opportunities including founding a start-up, leading a corporate innovation center, taking up corporate entrepreneurship.
