Get ready for for a future sustainable energy system. Enhance your career!

The application for the CAS ETH in Applied Technology in Energy (CAS ETH ATE) opens on 30th November 2023. Apply to understand the energy system of the future!

The CAS ETH in Applied Technology in Energy (CAS ETH ATE) programme is special because it enables professionals without a technical degree to gain a deeper understanding of the rapidly evolving technology fields of energy and electrification.

Reducing CO2 emissions to Net Zero by 2050 will require a radical shift towards renewable energies (incl. energy storage and green hydrogen) as well as electrification. This transition will bring new challenges and will impact every aspect from manufacturing industries to energy, transportation, construction and buildings. Participants will learn how energy generation, storage, distribution and consumption are organized today and how they are changing from an applied technology perspective. This CAS will explore the practical business impacts of latest energy technologies using case studies and examples from many industries.
